Do you live in a slum built around and with the contents of a huge landfill?

Read on.

In our country living near garbage is considered dangerous, toxic, and illegal. Especially if you have children, it is wrong to attempt such a life.

In other countries, though, life with garbage is the only method of survival. No one cares if that is where you choose to live. Therefore, since sometimes people throw away great stuff, it can be a means of income, recycling and selling one man’s trash, which can become your treasure.

But the children!

You will weep.

I’m pretty sure of it.

After this, the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision:

And here we are.

And we still cannot count them.

We are tempted constantly to surf the net or flip through hundreds of TV channels. Almost none of it is noble, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, or praiseworthy.

Turn those things off.

The glory of God’s creation is all around us. Enjoy it.

Having children does not make a rich man poor! Having children makes a poor man rich!

You cannot take your riches to Heaven with you after you die, no matter how much you may try. But if you try hard you may accomplish one day having your children with you in Heaven after you die.

Whenever we hold hands with the United Nations, that is what we get.  They tell us it’s all about the rights of children and other “disabled” people, but we really know what it’s all about.
