Police Force Entry without Warrant While Homeowners Are Gone

What would your sitter do if a police officer forced entry without a warrant?

Officer Buccilli demanded to enter the home of Tim and LuAnn Batts, going so far as to stick his foot in the door and shove an 23-year-old sibling aside, threatening to arrest him and saying, “I don’t need no stinking warrant!”

When Joe stepped inside to call his policeman brother on his cell phone, Lt. Buccilli followed him. “Please don’t come in,” said Joe. “I am making a private call. You do not have permission to come in.”

Then it gets worse.

This is in the USA, friends.

The Batts are respectfully suing Lt. Buccilli.

U.N. Conference Introduces Resolution to Gain Control of Internet—in Middle of Night

In the middle of the night at a U.N. conference in Dubai, the presiding chairman of the International Telecommunication Union conference surveyed the assembled countries to see whether there was interest in having greater involvement in the U.N. governing the Internet. A majority of countries gave their approval.

In Arkansas, the state from which I post, home schooling is protected by law. Home schooling parents are a protected group.

I have researched today what to do about violent content in the comments.

I think any attack on a commenter is inexcusable. Every commenter on my site is a guest, and as such, is at my mercy.

My commenters need to feel they are safe at my site.

Yesterday’s post, which is part of a 4-part series beginning here, has been published in a popular homeschooling magazine (circulation, 22,000) and my editor printed it word for word, so I do not feel it was an unwise post. The WordPress crew is welcome to correct me on that, in private. I will respond, accordingly.

I have done all I can to make peace, but so far have received no response. I cannot afford to wait longer.

Sadly, for the first time in two years, I must remove a comment from yesterday’s post.

I welcome disagreement.

But hate speech directed toward my commenters will not be protected on this site.

Two people, including a security guard, were reportedly shot this morning at the headquarters of the pro-life group Family Research Council.

According to information provided to LifeNews from a Washington pro-life source, a man posing as an intern shot the guard at the FRC office located at 801 G Street, NW. FRC staffer Anna Maria Hoffman added more information on Twitter, “Our security guard Leo [Johnson] got shot in the arm. Please keep him in your prayers.”

Family Research Council President Tony Perkins confirmed the security officer was shot and said in a statement, “The police are investigating this incident. Our first concern is with our colleague who was shot today. Our concern is for him and his family.”

Friends, we may think we have troubles.

But not like Colorado Springs, right now.

She speaks of her love for her friends and neighbors.

She is doing her best to help them.

Because she can. Because she is home.

She also says, on a subsequent post:
