The Anti-Woman “President”

Not long after the Planned Parenthood abortion business endorsed our presumed president in his bid for re-election, the White House pledged its opposition to a common sense bill that would ban sex-selection abortions. Why? Because the “president” is more concerned about subjecting abortion practitioners to prosecution than targeting gendercide.

“The government should not intrude in medical decisions or private family matters,” the White House said.

Private family matters? Personal medical decisions?

In China and India, millions of baby girls are killed in the womb, in grisly infanticides, or even sold not long after their birth by couples who don’t want a girl baby and can’t try for another child under the one-child policy. Those practices have resulted in a huge gender imbalance in those nations.

But when pro-life advocates in the United States sought to prevent such practices here, our “president” told us it’s not our business whether girls are killed specifically because they are girls since it’s a “private family matter.”

What kind of family makes murder a private family matter, anyway?

  1. I whole heartily believe that The White House responds this way on such matters because to truly get involved means they run a chance of not being re elected. So they step back, say something like that, and then ignore the situation.

    1. Thanks for this thought, Bats! You are so kind-hearted!
It might appear to be dysfunction, and what a way to run a nation that would be! But lately, it seems we notice some treachery, a sort of plan . . . Of course, there is a Master Plan, but . . .

  2. “The government should not intrude in medical decisions or private family matters,” the White House said.

What about ObamaCare? Is that not intruding into personal/private medical decisions? Should my decision to have health insurance be any concern of the government’s?

I think it all is ridiculous and have to remind myself frequently that we live in a fallen world and our government today is strong evidence of that.

    1. You are so right, Victoria! There are so many good ways to help people, and this is a bad way. Ask any doctor, any insured person, OR any, ANY person from nations where socialist medicine has a stranglehold. They will tell you it doesn’t work. The brave experiment has already been conducted, long ago here in the first Jamestown, and abroad — WHY should we line up to join the new guinea pigs?!
Only because it is a fallen world, I suppose. Mistakes, mistakes, mistakes too numerous to believe lead to thoughts of what the real reason might be . . .

      1. Well, not everyone in countries with socialist medicine think it’s bad. I have a pen pal in England who LOVES their healthcare system and can’t understand why I oppose Obama on this issue. I’ve tried to explain that I should have the right to choose, but she doesn’t see ObamaCare as denying me that right! We don’t write about that anymore… we stick to simpler topics like her garden and my cooking! But if you ask anyone whose had to deal with the red tape in those countries, they will definitely tell you how horrible it is.

Thank you for writing about this.

        1. Of course, a few will feel as if they are benefiting. I should not have said any, any, any person. I know better.
And it’s odd how I tend to post news when it is bad new. Sighs. However, I think warning people of impending dangers is important, in case they miss what’s going on, and lots of times, this type of news receives a quick “funeral”. Who would boast of refusing to protect women?!
But we need to know it, especially if we are in charge of a home and need to guide it’s members safely through such a maze.
I know it is a loaded subject and thank you for your interest and understanding. xo
