At times far more effective than words, an adult’s body language helps a child develop intelligence.

Instead of saying “good job,” the mother reaches for her tiny fingers, slightly presses her forehead to the little girl’s and gives her a pretend smooch.

The action is simple, but it communicates her tenderness and support effectively.

  1. I like them too! Don’t know if this will help, but if you add a media gallery it lets you choose round as an option. It seems like you could do that in the image widgets, but I’ve never tried it. I really like the look of your site — love the green and pop of red and the fonts as well. (+ good content too) 🙂

    1. Thanks for the kind words, and WELCOME to Home’s Cool! I think the squares are pre-programmed, but I shall try. I’m just excited to learn how to make these new looks. 🙂
      I, too, love this theme — it comes this way out of the box, as they say. Yay!
