Where I guest post about another of my silly home-made recipes that I love…
If you’re interested in catfish, at all, but resent firing up the huge fryer thing.
Or if you are looking for yet another low-carb recipe.
Or if you are totally bored with the usual and just want something different.
And delicious!
Head on over to the Arkansas Women Bloggers page and check out my latest guest post there, where they are so generous to allow me to contribute sometimes.
You will find precise instructions for a dish I mentioned once on this site, and love to use to surprise people’s taste buds. In that one, I used swai, but in the new one, I’m going with catfish because I like it better, by far.
You’re welcome! β€
This sounds absolutely delicious…and different. I’m headed to the market to lay in supplies right now. Walla! Dinner tomorrow evening! Thanks Katharine!
Yay! β€
looking delicious π
Thanks so much and WELCOME to Home’s Cool! Please visit again, sometime! π
I felt very British when I read, ‘If youβre interested in catfish, at all, but resent firing up the huge fryer thing.’
We share a common language but our experiences differ enormously sometimes π
YES! Tilly, we speak the same language on a shared basis. π
So, what is your favorite version of fish? I supposed in a chowder? π
Fingers.
Or you say sticks.
π
Tilly. Dear! Fish do not have fingers! π
True, true. You don’t see many with sticks, either π
Somehow, I KNEW that was coming! π
I have no answer, except that we only borrowed your language under duress. My people actually spoke an algonkin language. π
Except for the ones who spoke German. Hard telling what on earth they say for fish stick or fish fingers. We, ourselves, do not eat either one. π For us, it’s either the filet or else steaks. But if I don’t have to cook, I’m fine with whatever. So have me over and fix fingers! I promise not to complain! β€
Any time! π
