“A wise and frugal government, which shall restrain men from injuring one another, which shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government, and this is necessary to close the circle of our felicity.”

Thomas Jefferson, First Inaugural Address.

    1. Gotta love ya, Kate! Thanks so much for this kindness! I have been so slow, Internet-wise, lately, don’t know when or even if I will be able to do this justice. 🙂 I love the thought, though. Blessings to you. ❤ K

    1. That is exactly how it has been, here, Russel! We had 16 people here from Wed., to Fri., with some going home today. The rest will remain until tomorrow. It has been lots of hilarity of the family variety, with much amazing food thrown into the mix. My favorite kind of get-together. 🙂
Thanks for your kind wishes, and I hope the same for you, too. K
